Position Overview:
As a Rental Associate, your primary role will be to drive sales through exceptional customer service, assist guests with rental gear, and ensure they have everything they need for an outstanding outdoor adventure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service at our retail locations
  • Assist guests in selecting and fitting equipment
  • Educate guests on the use of rental gear, safety protocols, and rental terms
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards
  • Perform additional tasks such as cashiering and retail sales as needed

Qualifications:
