Responsibilities- Build and execute a growth plan to increase cloud adoption within the U.S. Air Force.
- Own the sales process, including business development, prospecting, contract negotiations, and post-sales support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Oracle Cloud solutions to mission-critical problems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and system integrators to identify mutual benefits.
- Provide Oracle IaaS and PaaS solutions to meet the mission requirements of the U.S. Air Force.
- 10+ years of field sales experience, including technology sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the Department of Defense and existing relationships within the Air Force.
- Business development, prospecting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and close new Oracle business.
- Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.
- Ability to rapidly learn Oracle Cloud technology.
- Travel may be required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS Security Clearance. Must be a US Citizen.
