Your leadership will be crucial in executing operational strategies, business routines, sales methodologies, and best practices essential for the growth and efficient management of a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Multi Unit Operator or Owner.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Culture
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Assistant Studio Managers and Ambassadors.
- Creating and managing the studio's staff schedule.
- Collaborating with the studio team to enhance processes and deliver the highest quality experience for our members.
- Planning and executing staff training, along with ongoing coaching and development to ensure high performance.
- Conducting performance management activities, including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Providing guidance to Assistant Studio Managers and serving as a resource for all studio employees.
- Fostering a sense of community among team members through positive engagement and support.
- Delivering a world-class, member-focused experience that strengthens relationships and enhances retention.
- Creating a dynamic studio culture through contests and motivational incentives.
- Facilitating inspiring team meetings to build trust and accountability across the staff.
- Leading regular sales meetings and participating in required webinars.
- Modeling exemplary studio practices through active involvement.
Sales Management
- Overseeing the sales process and striving to exceed sales targets while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinating initial and ongoing sales initiatives, including pre-sale events and marketing outreach.
Business Operations
- Meeting defined performance metrics related to customer service, revenue, inventory, payroll, and operational costs.
- Monitoring P&L reports and utilizing data to address performance gaps.
- Conducting payroll audits during each cycle to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with business policies in daily operations.
- Maintaining consistency in branding efforts.
- Prioritizing performance issues that directly impact profitability.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and a passion for health and fitness.
- Builds rapport with diverse individuals.
- Thrives in sales-oriented roles and drives performance through initiatives and community engagement.
- Exhibits strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Education: College degree or related experience preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of management experience in boutique fitness preferred; 3-4+ years of sales experience required; 3+ years of staff management experience required.
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the job, including standing, walking, and using hands.
- Flexibility to work during various hours based on studio needs.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.
Full Time: 32-36 hours per week on average.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus bonuses and paid time off.
