Job Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist is a key role at Hertz, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This position requires 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on operations and sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first contact resolution and handle customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze NPS results to determine cause and execute on plans to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on operations and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
