Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to spearhead our talent acquisition strategies. This key role will drive proactive social media campaigns, organize recruitment events, and attract top-tier sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy to increase our visibility and attractiveness as an employer on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Event Planning and Creative Execution: Organize and manage recruitment events, such as job fairs and open house events, to attract and interact with potential candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract and engage top independent sales professionals, understanding the nuances of 1099 roles and communicating benefits and expectations clearly to candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, arrange interviews, and participate in the selection process to ensure candidates meet company requirements and culture.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals, reporting on recruitment metrics and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of the sales industry, particularly in contract-based (1099) sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a flair for creative problem-solving and innovation in recruitment strategies.
