Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Associate will play a critical role in the company's financial operations, working closely with the CFO to automate and streamline the Accounts Payable function. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, with a strong background in Sage 300 and a degree in Accounting or Finance. Construction industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounts payable workflow, ensuring timely approvals to meet month-end closing targets.
  • Validate and align tickets and invoices, addressing any discrepancies or missing documents.
  • Input authorized and matched invoices into the accounting software.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Compile data for monthly accrued expenses report.
  • Organize and manage accounts payable records.
  • Handle vendor inquiries and communications professionally.
  • Contribute to annual financial statement audits and other audit processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
  • Sage 300 experience highly preferred.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Construction industry experience highly preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
