  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Handle hotel deposits and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist the Property Accountant with administration of the Accounting area, including Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Payroll.
  • Generate an aging report as directed by Corporate Office.
  • Participate in bi-monthly credit meetings and provide status of accounts.
  • Assist with other accounting duties as directed by the Property Accountant.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College course work in related field helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
