Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead our home infusion pharmacy team in Horsham, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and dispensing of IV medications while ensuring compliance with state regulations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
About the Role:
- Lead and Manage Daily Operations: Ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols in our infusion pharmacy.
- Oversee Preparation and Dispensing: Supervise the preparation and dispensing of IV and other sterile compounds.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in both PA and WV.
- Provide Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical oversight and support to pharmacy staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and outcomes.
Requirements:
- PharmD Required: A Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required for this position.
- PA and WV Pharmacist Licenses: PA and WV pharmacist licenses in good standing are required.
- Home Infusion Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of home infusion experience is required.
- Management Experience: At least 3 years of prior management experience, preferably in an infusion pharmacy setting, is required.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with CPR+ software is required.
