Position Overview
- Role: Assessing and resolving claims related to Bodily Injury and Property Damage.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform coverage assessments and engage with insured individuals.
- Thoroughly investigate claims by reaching out to pertinent parties.
- Collaborate with various specialists for comprehensive claim evaluations.
- Validate documentation related to injuries and property damage.
- Keep organized claim records and oversee settlement processes.
- Negotiate resolutions for claims and engage in legal processes as necessary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in claims management.
- Understanding of claims processes, insurance agreements, and investigative techniques.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
