The Senior SAP Work Management Functional Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning modules related to Plant Maintenance and Project Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Support and Consultation:
- Establish standard procedures within SAP S4 and promote adaptation in the enterprise work management sector, focusing on design and estimation tools, and integration with graphical applications.
- Evaluate complex business processes related to scheduling, dispatch, and field mobility across various functional areas.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the current and future business landscape to effectively meet organizational needs through SAP S4 HANA capabilities.
- Identify and propose IT solutions for intricate cross-departmental business challenges, negotiating requirements and deliverables across diverse stakeholders.
- Assess existing customizations to guide business and IT partners on the implications of customization versus standard functionalities, advocating for the latter to minimize future costs.
Functional Analysis:
- Enhance SAP work management processes through third-party ERP systems.
- Align business requirements with SAP S4 capabilities and configure accordingly.
- Review design and technical specifications to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Conduct advanced configuration of the SAP S4 system and oversee quality assurance and testing activities.
Additional Characteristics:
- Ability to independently analyze and design solutions for complex projects within SAP work management and plant maintenance.
- Foster a community that promotes standardized business processes in enterprise work management.
- Possess extensive knowledge of industry best practices for ERP projects, along with a deep understanding of relevant business processes and ERP modules.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
- 8 years as a Functional Analyst specializing in Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance within SAP ERP.
- Experience with SAP compatible units, including configuration and master data setup.
- Familiarity with graphical work design and estimation tools, and their integration with SAP.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with mobile platforms for capital projects, including documentation of design variations.
- Participation in complex projects or multiple medium to high complexity projects in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana, Plant Maintenance, EAM, and related tools.
- Experience in the gas and electric utility sectors.
- Ability to draft business requirements documents and process flows.
