We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS Functional Analyst Expert to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SAP Environmental Health and Safety solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consulting in SAP ERP Systems to clients and senior IT leadership to identify and satisfy business needs.
- Design and implement SAP Environmental Health and Safety solutions, including configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Lead SAP functional teams on projects, reviewing deliverables and ensuring SAP delivery on assigned projects.
- Analyze complex business processes and information needs of clients in one or more business functional areas.
- Partner with business teams, technical analysts, architecture, and strategy organizations to develop strategies and plans to integrate SAP with total solutions.
- Evaluate and document alternatives to provide effective solutions to complex business problems.
- Develop SAP RICEFW objects in work management areas for projects, enhancements, and production support.
- Prepare requirements documents, As-Is and To-Be processes, and identify gaps.
- Design system processes to bridge gaps, build prototypes, prepare functional specifications, and prepare test plans and test scripts.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and obtain business sign-off.
- Provide SAP subject matter expertise to client functional areas and ensure best practices are adapted.
- Responsible for overall SAP solution and SAP interfaces to other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of designing, configuring, and developing complex solutions using SAP Environmental Health and Safety modules.
- Proficient in writing requirements documents, functional specifications, and preparing business process flows.
- Experience with designing new enhancements, reports, and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP interrelationships and dependencies of related modules and systems.
- SAP S/4 EH&S implementation and/or support experience.
- Experience in SAP EH&S Cloud solutions, such as SAP EHS Workplace and SAP Asset Manager (SAM), and/or SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
- Utility Health and Safety experience.
- Demonstrates familiarity in SOX compliance, regulatory compliance, operational/disaster recovery.
- SAP EH&S certification is preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules, such as SAP EAM, SAP MM, SAP HCM, and SAP PPM.
