Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT SAP EHS Functional Analyst Expert to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our SAP Enterprise Health and Safety Delivery organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions for Client Health and Safety functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consulting in SAP ERP Systems to identify and satisfy business needs.
  • Design and implement solutions involving SAP Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) modules.
  • Lead SAP functional activities on projects, reviewing deliverables and ensuring SAP delivery on assigned projects.
  • Analyze complex business processes and information needs of clients in one or more business functional areas.
  • Partner with business teams, technical analysts, and strategy organizations to develop strategies and plans to integrate SAP with total solutions.
  • Evaluate and document alternatives to provide effective solutions to complex business problems.
  • Develop SAP RICEFW objects in work management areas for projects, enhancements, and production support.
  • Prepare requirements documents, As-Is and To-Be processes, and identify gaps.
  • Design system processes to bridge gaps, build prototypes, prepare functional specifications, and test plans.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide SAP subject matter expertise to Client functional areas and ensure best practices are adapted.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Computer Science/Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of designing, configuring, and developing complex solutions using SAP EH&S modules.
  • Proficient in writing requirements documents, functional specifications, and preparing business process flows.
  • Experience with designing new enhancements, reports, and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP interrelationships and dependencies of related modules and systems.
Desired Qualifications
  • SAP S/4 EH&S implementation and/or support experience.
  • Experience in SAP EH&S Cloud solutions, e.g., SAP EHS Workplace and SAP Asset Manager (SAM), and/or SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Utility Health and Safety experience.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, regulatory compliance, operational/disaster recovery.
  • SAP EH&S certification is preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Environment, Health, and Safety with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EAM, SAP MM, SAP HCM) is highly desirable.
