Job Summary

The Senior Security Product Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for providing security and product vision and strategy for NetApp's portfolio of intelligent data infrastructure solutions. This role requires a broad range of skills and expertise, including security requirements capture, innovation, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute security and product strategies for NetApp's portfolio of intelligent data infrastructure solutions.
  • Capture and prioritize security requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UI/UX, and sales, to deliver secure and innovative products.
  • Work closely with the BlueXPTM team to provide unified control for intelligent data infrastructures, spanning on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on security-related technologies and ecosystems.
  • Manage and mentor security product managers, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • 15-25% travel required.
  • Strong background and knowledge in security-related technologies and ecosystems.
  • Experience working in on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
