Join Our Team as a Senior Director, Product Management

Capital One is a leading financial institution that is transforming the way people manage their money. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Product Management to lead our Operational Intelligence & Observability team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that is responsible for ensuring the operational information on technology assets and platforms is available, intelligible, performant, well-governed, and secure. As a Senior Director, Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the product team that helps enable and deliver the collection and analysis of data from and about Capital One's technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible
  • Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
  • Lead a team that translates vision into strategic product roadmaps with an agile delivery approach in partnership with Tech while managing cyber, operational and/or regulatory risks
  • Partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve material customer and business problems
  • Make technology investments decision by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or for and building new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital product management
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, MBA or Master's degree, 8+ years of experience in Agile product management, 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
