Compensation

Full-Time Technician Pay Scale: $30.56/hr-$49.51/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction, agricultural, or power generation systems.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting skills across all diesel technology systems and components, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and power trains.
  • Opportunity for overtime as workload necessitates (overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for hours exceeding 8 per day).
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment proactively.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Commit to continuous learning and training to stay ahead of industry standards and product advancements.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Travel to various Butler and customer locations may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
