Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of billing professionals within a multi-state healthcare provider, nurturing a constructive and solution-focused team environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, pinpointing opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Guarantee timely and precise claims submissions, adeptly managing denials and overseeing payment posting functions.

  • Exceptional critical thinking, time management, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to the dynamic needs of the department.
  • Previous experience and innovative approaches in managing insurance collections.
