Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Technician who will deliver technical assistance to the Repair, Customer Service, and Sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating part quotes, performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and providing training on Avery Weigh-Tronix equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre and post-sales assistance for customer application inquiries.
  • Support customers with Eyecon service inquiries.
  • Offer technical guidance on Eyecon products for both standard and customized configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering to address customer challenges and create service documentation.

Core Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotes for parts, repairs, and troubleshooting services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the operational efficiency of Eyecon equipment.
  • Evaluate new products and aid in developing training materials for end users.
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of weighing systems.
  • Prior experience with service management software.
