Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Managing Director for our Captive and Insurance Management division. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in risk management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of captive and insurance management operations in Vermont, including operational, marketing, sales, business, and product development.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational improvement initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Maintain a compliance culture in line with Aon Group and local regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic account development.
- Lead business development activity for the Vermont office, working with Aon colleagues to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Actively support wider Aon thought leadership and innovation initiatives to maintain our position at the forefront of the captive industry.
- A minimum of 10 years of recent experience at a senior management level in a consulting, brokerage, or captive management environment.
- Detailed understanding of risk management concepts and relevant US domicile legislation pertaining to captives.
- Project management skills, with the ability to lead and empower teams of professional staff.
- Compliance knowledge skills, with the ability to maintain a compliance culture.
- Sales and product development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to travel extensively, with a willingness to participate in and represent the company at both internal and external functions.
