Job Summary:

H.O.P.E. Works, a leading nonprofit organization serving survivors of sexual violence, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor/Therapist to develop and implement comprehensive clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapeutic and clinical services, including trauma-informed interventions and client empowerment strategies.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver evidence-based programs, including those focused on child sexual abuse, teen sexual assault, and sex trafficking victimization.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise graduate-level social work interns, ensuring their integration into the clinical team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and professionals to advance the organization's mission.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent required; licensure in Social Work or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in providing trauma-informed, survivor-centered clinical interventions, with a focus on child sexual abuse, teen sexual assault, and sex trafficking victimization.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing clinical staff and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
