Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Associate to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a Clinical Support Associate, you will provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exam rooms by setting up equipment and supplies, following standard workflows to prepare patients for provider exams.
  • Obtain vital signs, health history verification, and ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies.
  • Answer patient calls, obtain medical information, report test results, administer medications and vaccinations, prepare sterile fields, and assist with procedures as directed by providers.
  • Perform therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and assist with splints or wound care under supervision.
  • Respond to urgent situations, call for clinical assistance as needed, and assist in maintaining clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment.
  • Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, or other equivalent clinical training program
  • 1 Year of experience
