About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Officer to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and enrollment of students at our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage application materials for waitlist candidates and run waitlist statistics.
  • Work with higher education institutions and organizations to coordinate recruitment events and programs.
  • Create marketing and advertising materials to promote our institution and programs.
  • Manage scholarships and financial aid packages for admitted students.
  • Meet with prospective students and families to provide information and answer questions about our institution and programs.
  • Update our website and social media channels with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Run and build reports as needed to support enrollment and recruitment efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in higher education recruitment or admissions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Advanced administrative skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM software and student information systems preferred.
Work Mode Designation

This position has been designated as a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and on-campus work. Please note that work mode designations are subject to change based on the evolving needs of the institution.

Pay Range

The projected salary range for this position is $31.30 per hour. Compensation is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
