Job Title: Manager, Social Work Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Social Work Services team. As a Manager, Social Work Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the department, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing leadership for an integrated social services program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Social Work Services department, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate transitions and care across the continuum, providing appropriate linkages to community resources.
  • Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources to support the achievement of dashboard measures and other key strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support the delivery of social services.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 8 years of recent relevant experience in social work or a related field.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and professional standards affecting clinical social work and case management practices.
  • Working knowledge of available healthcare and community resources.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and engage team members.
