Vehicle Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Patrick Motor Group, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer needs, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles you are selling, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to test drives, financing, and finalizing sales contracts.
- Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the dealership or employer.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate leads through various methods, including referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better serve customers.
- Customer Retention: Foster long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, familiarity with automotive financing and leasing options, knowledge of vehicle features and specifications, and a valid driver's license.
- Personal Qualities: A customer-centric approach, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time, use their hands to handle controls or feel objects, tools, or controls, and repeat the same movements for 7 hours a day. Occasional bending, walking, and mobility will be necessary. The employee must be able to get in and out of vehicles and shovel/assist with snow removal when necessary. Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop/bend, and reach. The employee must be able to speak clearly for repetitiously for up to 7-8 hours a day.
