Job Summary

We're seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a full-time permanent position, you'll be responsible for developing and achieving store business goals in five key areas:

  • Food, Service, and Cleanliness standards target achievement.
  • Sales target achievement.
  • Profit target achievement.
  • People leadership and management, including learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining, and maintaining high morale and engagement among store team members.
  • Store Operations Administration, including adherence to organizational operating systems and standards, compliance with government and legal requirements, financial analysis, business planning, and management presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in Quick-Service/Fast Food restaurants, responsible for the five key result areas mentioned above, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Full knowledge of PNL/Store Financials and Quality Standards Implementation.
  • High energy level, ability to work varying schedules, and adapt to changing workweeks and days, including holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner, and adaptable.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
