Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Stivers Automotive Group. As a key member of our Client Care Center, you will be responsible for handling inbound service reservation calls, confirming service appointments, and performing outbound follow-up calls to ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all incoming service appointment queries, scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, and following up with missed appointments.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with service specials, direct mail pieces, and recall notices from manufacturers to provide the best possible service to our customers.
- Transfer phone calls to Service Advisors as needed and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, and be punctual to work and during breaks.
- Follow the Client Care Center Policies and Procedures manual and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in a similar position, such as administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, or sales, is preferred.
- Proficiency in operational software techniques, including DMS, Service CRM, and dealer-specific software.
- Working knowledge of the automotive industry and its related software systems.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
