Job Summary

Christ Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional patient care and support in our Call Center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics and appointment schedules
  • Provide administrative support to the Call Center team, including data entry and other clerical duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Working Conditions
