Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications, and budget constraints.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Effectively prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Monitor project advancement and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality control and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including contractors and junior personnel.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to project sites as necessary.
