We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Painting Crew Leader to join our team at PMV Custom Finishes. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled painters and ensuring the successful completion of residential painting projects.

  • Lead a team of skilled painters to ensure the successful completion of residential painting projects
  • Provide clear and concise communication to the field painters, ops manager, and customers
  • Mentor and develop the skills of crew members
  • Interact with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the painting process
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company and individual goals
