Chemical Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Chemist to join our team at Levy Group of Companies. As a Chemist, you will be responsible for conducting chemical and physical laboratory tests, analyzing data, and providing results to support research, product development, and quality control efforts.

• Prepare samples for analysis and perform chemical and physical testing to determine strength, stability, and chemical content.
• Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, research, or process control.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibrate instruments, and enter data into computer systems.
• Provide data analysis and interpretation, plot data on control charts, and generate reports.
• Perform other projects as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical technology or applied sciences (physics, mathematics, engineering, natural sciences) or equivalent.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods, and lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stockpiles.
• Ability and willingness to work with hazardous chemicals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and LIMS Systems.
• Knowledge of XRF and ICP operation.
• Exposure to the glass industry a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and excellent driving record.
