About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Lenox Hill Radiology. As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mammographic equipment and other devices with precision and attention to detail, adhering to established company policies and protocols.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner, prioritizing patient care and comfort.
  • Understand and utilize various equipment settings, including compression, exposure modes, and grid selection, to optimize image quality.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing and addressing any discomfort or medical issues.
  • Guide patients through the exam process, providing clear explanations and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patient care.
Requirements
  • ARRT(R)(M) certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • CPR certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
