  • Manage firm insurance policies (professional liability, property, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, including workplace safety regulations and employee documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Familiarity with labor and employment law or a similar practice area is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a law firm, specifically in labor and employment law.
  • Knowledge of case management systems and legal billing software.
  • SHRM or PHR certification for HR-related duties.
