Overview:

Soliant Education is in search of a committed and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in an educational environment. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive school district, ensuring that students receive the necessary assistance to enhance their communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language challenges in students.
  • Design and execute tailored treatment strategies based on assessment findings.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions aimed at improving students' communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student development.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and therapeutic interventions.
  • Engage in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and assist in setting educational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
