Position: Territory Sales Manager, Northern CA

Company: Jeld-Wen Inc.

Overview: JELD-WEN is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager for Northern California to enhance our sales efforts and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships while striving to surpass sales targets and forecasts.
  • Act as the primary expert on the LaCantina product line, addressing customer service inquiries and providing comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with JELD-WEN Territory Sales Managers to conduct product training sessions and identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Support architectural initiatives by partnering with JELD-WEN Architectural Consultants to promote LaCantina products effectively.
  • Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to enhance brand visibility and product recognition at retail locations.
  • Manage annual revenue objectives for all dealer accounts within the designated territory.
  • Develop and nurture direct relationships with industry contacts to drive revenue growth for the LaCantina product line.
  • Participate in networking events to elevate brand awareness and promote LaCantina products.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities and leads using the company CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure effective communication of customer concerns to relevant teams for timely resolution.
  • Visit production facilities as necessary to relay product information and updates to customers.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and market insights to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • In-depth knowledge of the LaCantina product line.
  • Self-motivated and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to set and achieve sales goals while adapting to changing client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales software.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Alternatively, an Associate's Degree with five years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience with digital sales tools and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
