Position: Territory Sales Manager, Northern CA

Overview: JELD-WEN is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager for the Northern California region to enhance our sales initiatives and foster strong relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Act as the primary expert on the LaCantina product line, addressing customer inquiries and service issues.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to conduct product training and identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Support architectural development efforts by working alongside Architectural Consultants as a brand representative.
- Increase brand visibility and product knowledge at retail locations through effective collaboration with sales teams.
- Manage revenue goals for dealer accounts, ensuring consistent growth in product line sales.
- Engage in networking events to promote the LaCantina brand and expand market presence.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales opportunities and customer interactions within the company CRM.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and market trends to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the LaCantina product line is preferred.
