Job Description: Senior Administrative Associate Role

This role is responsible for providing senior-level administrative support to high-level executives or management teams within the organization, working from our office in Wilmington, MA.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide logistical support for assigned teams, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management.
  2. Assist with composing, editing, and sending written and electronic communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
  3. Collaborate with other administrative staff to coordinate interviews, team meetings, and outside vendor meetings.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as Egenceia.
