About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and services, as well as designing and implementing complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to support business applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and enhance our software applications. This includes integrating Java applications with Oracle databases and other systems, working with APIs and web services to connect Java applications with external systems, and collaborating with other developers to integrate PL/SQL procedures with Java applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java SE/EE and object-oriented programming, as well as proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including writing complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages. Experience with Oracle Database (e.g., Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, or 19c and higher) and familiarity with Java build tools (e.g., Maven, Ant) and web application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, WebLogic) is also required.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services. A self-starter and highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and support unscheduled events is essential.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in development of Java-based applications with strong background in PL/SQL
  • Strong proficiency in Java SE/EE and object-oriented programming
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including writing complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages
  • Experience with Oracle Database (e.g., Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, or 19c and higher)
  • Familiarity with Java build tools (e.g., Maven, Ant) and web application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, WebLogic)
  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
