Role Summary


The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals dedicated to delivering high-quality support with a focus on the comfort and welfare of both patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fundamental care tasks with a customer-focused approach to patient support.
  • Assist in the provision of care and services to patients from various ethnic and social backgrounds.
  • Advocate for ethical and comprehensive care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for patients.
Qualifications

  • Valid Washington State CNA license.
  • Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

In accordance with various pay transparency regulations, we provide a competitive salary range for candidates in this position.

The pay scale is $29.58 USD.

However, compensation is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to:
skill set, experience level, and certifications or education.

If this position is associated with a union contract, compensation will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
