Role Summary
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals dedicated to delivering high-quality support with a focus on the comfort and welfare of both patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities- Manage fundamental care tasks with a customer-focused approach to patient support.
- Assist in the provision of care and services to patients from various ethnic and social backgrounds.
- Advocate for ethical and comprehensive care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for patients.
- Valid Washington State CNA license.
- Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting.

The pay scale is $29.58 USD.However, compensation is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to:
skill set, experience level, and certifications or education.
