As a Customer Care Specialist, you will become part of a quality-driven team. Customer Service Representatives are expected to meet high standards and efficiently manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate will address a range of telephone inquiries daily, providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing telephone inquiries related to customer accounts. This encompasses, but is not limited to:
- Handling calls from both internal and external customers
- Maintaining and updating customer account information in various databases
- Explaining programs, benefits, and policies to customers
- Ensuring customer account retention
- Tracking the reasons for each call to guarantee successful resolutions
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills:
You must demonstrate the ability to resolve challenging situations with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with active listening abilities.
Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues daily is crucial to support the program and the caller.
A high degree of accuracy is required, along with being a self-starter who needs little supervision.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of work experience. Six months of customer service experience, particularly in a contact center, is preferred.
