KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your main duty will be to connect individuals with the critical treatment options offered by Serenity. This involves engaging in sensitive discussions through active listening, empathy, and maintaining a positive demeanor. You will also serve as a communication bridge between existing patients and their healthcare providers, assisting with various requests related to their care, such as documenting information in electronic medical records, scheduling appointments, and managing medication refill requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (such as Retail, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or Call Centers).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic mathematical abilities.
- Prior experience with computer-based information systems.
