Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Libra Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our medical provider clients, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical providers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and react to trends and opportunities within our markets.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for revenue growth.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all medical provider clients.
  • Assist with challenging provider requests and issues and escalate as needed.
  • Conduct in-service training sessions and meetings for new or existing clients.
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide updates on managed accounts.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field OR equivalent business experience.
  • Experience working with medical providers and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience using Salesforce or CRM software.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of work quality.
