**Responsibilities:**

* Process daily deposits of cash and checks, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of credit card revenue
* Create data entry sheets for cash deposits for account managers, providing detailed information on transactions
* Perform daily reconciliation of credit card revenue, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
* Process and enter daily journal vouchers, maintaining accurate financial records
* Conduct monthly cash till audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Create monthly utility invoices for customers, managing billing and payment processes
* Enter data for tracking sheets, monitoring key performance indicators and financial metrics

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent required
* MBA or Master's of Accountancy preferred
* Over 3 years of cash management accounting experience
* Over 2 years of general accounting experience
* Strong knowledge and skillset with US GAAP
* Advanced to expert-level Microsoft Excel skillset preferred
* Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal requirements for reporting and finance operation processes and controls
