Job Summary

The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative and clinical support functions for large and/or multi-site Care New England Medical Group (CNEMG) practices and service lines. This role requires collaboration with nursing leadership when nursing oversees or has a matrixed relationship within the practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with providers and leaders throughout the system.
  • Embrace and support a vision to provide innovative patient and family-centered care within practices that emphasize quality, service, and access.
  • Motivate and lead staff to carry this vision forward.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in healthcare and 3-5 years supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing a multi-specialty practice preferred.
