The Customer Service Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone and internet. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of QNB Bank's products and services, including deposit products, consumer loans, and other banking services.
  3. Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, using effective communication skills to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  4. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Training and Development: Complete assigned training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, including basic CSR training and ABA Banking Fundamentals.
Requirements:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong product knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Previous Banking Experience: Previous experience working in a banking or financial institution.
  2. Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard office and phone equipment, including an adding machine, and basic computer skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel).
