Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; varied shifts including but not limited to 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 11am-7pm Qualifications for this opportunity include: Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from recognized organizations, with an in-person skills component required Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a related discipline preferred Certifications from ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or AFAA preferred Compensation: $17-18 per hour Key Responsibilities: Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that enhances the member experience Build rapport with members and proactively address their needs through exceptional customer service Assist in managing overall facility operations Support CFW's culture and initiatives Required Skills: Outstanding customer service abilities Strong communication skills Personable demeanor with a positive attitude Corporate Fitness Works is committed to reflecting the diversity of our Team Leaders, clients, members, and partners.
