About the Role: As a CBRE Real Estate Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple properties or portfolios. This includes marketing, operations, and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tenants with their needs and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
  • Perform regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, approving and reviewing all relevant bills.
  • Prepare and distribute common area maintenance (CAM) dues and invoices.
  • Manage vendor invoices on behalf of the property owner or client, ensuring timely payment.
  • Collect rent and pay expenses in accordance with lease terms.
  • Prepare legal notices and recommend legal action when necessary.
  • Resolve complex problems and develop effective solutions to meet team objectives.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with shift manager or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent understanding of various processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the role and basic knowledge of related job functions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a master's level of inquisitive attitude.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional math skills, with the ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
