Pulmonary Function Technician - Per Diem

We are seeking a skilled Pulmonary Function Technician to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Pulmonary Function Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tests and procedures to assess lung function and diagnose respiratory disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and lung volume measurements
  • Conduct arterial blood gas draws and analyze results
  • Assist with emergency equipment inventory, ordering, and maintenance
  • Provide technical support to other departments, including Cardiology and GI
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
Requirements:
  • Registered Cardiopulmonary Technologist (RPFT) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
