Job Summary:

As an AI Recruitment Specialist at RealVoice AI, you will be at the forefront of building a team and at the forefront of the AI-driven recruitment process. You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment, leveraging our unique AI technology to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the AI-driven full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Utilize our AI system to engage with and qualify leads for various positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Demonstrate our revolutionary AI voice technology to potential candidates.
  • Manage and maintain our AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Coordinate and participate in tech-focused recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Provide feedback to help improve our AI-driven recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial AI-powered contact to onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Recruitment, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently with candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
