Position Overview

INTRODUCTION

Hendall Inc. is in search of a qualified Healthcare Records Supervisor who possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in managing the medical record request and retrieval processes within our organization. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Director, providing essential technical support to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as required.

This is a full-time remote opportunity.

This role will contribute to the mission of Health & Human Services (HHS) and CMS, which is committed to promoting health equity, enhancing coverage, and improving health outcomes for the community.

The ideal Healthcare Records Supervisor will have a blend of experience and qualifications that include:

  • At least three years of leadership experience in file and record management
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including proficiency with electronic medical records and their electronic transmission
  • Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator
  • Familiarity with the Medicare program (preferred)
  • Educational Background:
    • An associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field
