About the Role:

As a Sales Associate at Against All Odds, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales. Located in Menlo Park Mall, this part-time opportunity offers flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and ensuring a customer-friendly environment.
  2. Maintain awareness of all product information, promotions, and advertisements to make informed recommendations to customers.
  3. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  4. Process and replenish merchandise, receive and monitor floor stock, and adhere to procedures to ensure timely completion.
  5. Accurately complete sales transactions, maintain proper cash accountabilities, and adhere to loss prevention measures.
  6. Communicate customer requests to management and perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

  1. Lift, move, and handle up to 60 pounds frequently to stock merchandise.
  2. Stand/walk for an extended period of time.
  3. Bend, reach, lift, and climb.

Estimated Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
