About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Agilent Technologies, Inc. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Support the development of our company's strategic initiatives, aligning them with our long-term goals and objectives.
  • Business Case Development: Provide guidance and support to the team in developing business cases, financial models, and action plans to support strategic initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the development and implementation of our overall strategic direction, ensuring alignment with industry trends and organizational needs.
  • Project Management: Monitor progress and make required adjustments to our strategic initiatives.
  • Communication: Advance the deployment of our communication strategy, ensuring informed updates related to our strategic roadmap and organizational decisions.
  • Financial Management: Support the management of our budget, forecasting, and headcount.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving our company's growth and competitive advantage.
  • Process Improvement: Facilitate the development of an Operational Excellence program, supporting improved process efficiencies.
  • Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of new technologies, such as AI, tools, and best practices, to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in quality, business, or regulatory environments.
  • Certifications: Project Management certification preferred. Operational excellence training/certifications preferred.
  • Skills: Experience in strategic planning and measuring value delivery preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $133,000 - $245,000, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
